I didn’t set out to write a story about pain — I set out to write a story about redemption. Every word here is a reflection of the woman I was, the woman I became, and the woman God continues to shape.
This space was born out of questions whispered in the dark: Why this? Why me? Why now?
And though I didn’t always hear answers right away, God was speaking — through loss, through love, through silence, and through every person who crossed my path.
My reflections are not perfect, but they are honest. I write about the people who molded me — the ones who loved me well and the ones who couldn’t. I write about forgiveness that came slow, healing that came holy, and the quiet miracles that followed when I finally stopped running.
Here you’ll find stories of infertility, of violation, of endings I never saw coming — and the beginnings that followed. You’ll find moments of regret, but also resurrection. You’ll find the ache of what was lost, and the beauty of what God rebuilt from the ashes.
This is my recovery, my awakening, my evolution — not just from who I was, but into who I’m becoming. A woman no longer defined by what broke her, but by the God who put her back together.
If you’ve ever questioned your worth, your faith, or your story — this is for you.
You are not alone. There is purpose in your pain, and grace is already rewriting your ending.
Welcome to She Asked, He Answered — a space where healing begins with honesty, and where every scar has something sacred to say.
